Come & experience the combined benefits of baby yoga and baby massage in this 1hr 30min session. Touch is a newborn's first language. Massaging your baby allows you to express emotional affection through skin contact and also fulfils your baby's need for physical contact. Mother and baby yoga is a fun and enjoyable way to get to know your baby as well as aid postnatal recovery. Fun rhythmic movements are used to encourage your baby's development. The benefits of massage and yoga are both emotional and physical - for you both.

Physical benefits - in one short session the baby is given as much physical activity as they would if they were handles and carried all day. All the baby's bodily systems are stimulated, including the digestive and nervous system and boost immunity. It will improve baby's co-ordination and flexibility. Finally it will improve sleep patterns.

Psychological - baby yoga and massage helps the parent/ carer and baby to get to know each other. Through the high quality attention the baby receives from its parent/ carer, the baby learns to interact with others and play actively.
