Classes are held at my home in our in-house therapy rooms in Hove. If you are unable to travel please contact me for further details on home visits within Sussex.
Our in-house therapy rooms have access to birthing balls, floor mats, an extensive library of birthing books, CDs and DVDS and many more useful aids to assist your preparation for your birthing day.
The HypnoBirthing® course consists of weekly classes (totalling 12.5hours) for both the mother and her birth companion. They can be run in a small group or on a one-to-one basis. They are suitable at almost any stage of pregnancy preferably after your 20 week scan. It is never too early or late to start.

Group classes are held on evenings through the week and / or weekend mornings.
Group classes - £250 per couple (maximum of 5 couples per course)
Private classes - £295 per couple
Arrange another couple to join you on your course - £200
All course fees include four sessions covering 12.5hrs, textbook, CD, Class handouts, ongoing telephone and email support right up to and including your birthing day and lots of yummy biscuits throughout class.
Group class fees also include a post birth afternoon tea get together.
