What I can offer as your postnatal doula:
- Support you in the early days while you settle at home with your new baby. I can be as visible or involved
as you want me to be. - Washing & ironing
- Prepare meals
- Food shopping and errands
- Look after and supporting other children
- Light housework
- Looking after your baby while you get some rest, have a bath and/ or spend time with your partner, other children.
- Provide you with local support networks and/ or resources that you may need as a new family.
Fee: £10 per hour, minimum of 2hrs per day (no minimum amount of days per week req).
